Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • You have 14 days to return or exchange an order after receiving it.
  • If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us first before returning or exchanging any item.
  • Please provide us with your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which item(s) that the return/exchange relates to. We will respond as quickly as possible and work out the details with you.
  • With regard to returning an item, unless arrangements have been made with us first, you cover the cost of the return.

 

Instructions for Returning Goods

  • Ship the item(s) for return within 14 days of the date of the delivery.
  • You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED IN ANY WAY. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged and in their original condition.
  • If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
  • If a returned item is shipped internationally, please mark the shipment as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.

 

Shipping Policy

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are some exceptions, depending where you live, and some restrictions may apply.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s).

Please note that we use flat rate shipping for all items that we sell. This is done so that the cost of shipping is more predictable and to ensure all items will be covered without disruption of services.
