What kind of clothing do you guys use?

We primarily use our own personally branded clothing, such as t-shirts, dresses, leggings, etc. We may use third-party brands as well depending on the product, but we always go for high quality items at reasonable prices.


What kinds of materials do your clothes have?

Materials vary based on the product, but we primarily use soft fibers with high thread counts. Our t-shirts, for example, are soft and fitted; similar to American Apparel, if you are familiar.


Do you offer unisex clothing?

Due to popular demand, our men's clothing actually doubles as unisex clothing as well. The sizing of our men's shirts fit both men and women quite nicely.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. International shipping rates apply and you will be responsible for any customs fees associated with your international orders. Check your country's customs department for more information. 

Do you charge for shipping?

We charge for shipping on domestic and international orders. Free domestic shipping is available depending on the size of your order. 

What are your shipping rates?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders being shipped in the U.S. only. For all other orders, we use a Flat Rate shipping method. The rates depend on the location the order is being shipped to. 

How long does it take to ship an order?

For domestic orders in the USA and Canada, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping. For international orders, please allow 10-20 business days for processing and shipping. Shipping times may vary, but we try to ship products out within the specified timeframe. 

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal payments. You do not need to have an account with us in order to make a payment. 

Are your payment methods secure?

Our payment methods are PCI compliant, encrypted and secured by trusted and reliable third-party payment processors. When you place an order with us, your connection is automatically secured and your payment information is encrypted. For additional security, BY DEFAULT - WE DO NOT STORE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION IN OUR SYSTEM.

Do you offer your products wholesale?

We do not typically offer our products wholesale, but we will definitely consider high-volume clients. Please contact us at support@onitees.com and we will be in touch. 

What is your return policy?

If there are any issues with your order, you will have 14 days after receiving your product to return or exchange it. Refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
